Trip Log Data Entry and Reporting

IFTA-Pro has a complete trip log data entry system which meets all the requirements of the IFTA for tracking miles traveled and fuel purchased in each state. The Trip Log screen collects complete trip information including the miles traveled in each state, fuel purchased, and driver expenses. Where possible, IFTA-Pro calculates and fills in the information automatically. After the data has been entered, the program will automatically print a complete IFTA return form. Other features include IRP reports, precise fuel efficiency data and vehicle expense reports.

Fleet Management System

The Fleet Management System option includes additional capabilities for complete order entry, dispatch control, vehicle maintenance tracking and parts inventory.

Keeping track of costs is one of the most difficult tasks for any trucking company today. IFTA-Pro/FMS can help you track profits by balancing revenue from orders against actual costs of each trip. The vehicle maintenance feature will highlight the total costs of operating and maintaining company vehicles.

The Order Entry function collects data for each order including extensive marketing information on each client and company. The Orders screen allows complete entry of order shipment details and calculates total cost with flexible rate options based on type of cargo. Reports include Bill of Lading, Order Invoice and other bookkeeping requirements.

The Dispatch screen allows real-time tracking of vehicle status and availability. When you are ready to plan a new trip, the dispatch function allows you to sort through outstanding orders in a variety of ways and add them to a trip. Reports include Outstanding Orders, Trip Itinerary, and a Summary of Orders per Trip.

Vehicle Maintenance

The vehicle maintenance function provides complete tracking of vehicle information including work orders, service schedule and parts installed. A complete parts inventory system is available to track parts in stock and vendor part information.

This function allows you to track expiration dates (avoiding fines) and service due for each vehicle.

The Work Orders screen allows you to track maintenance on each vehicle or trailer. You can perform tasks and track parts installed. The installed parts are tracked against the purchase order for the life of the warranty.

All of the functions are designed with consistent interfaces to allow easy access back and forth with multiple windows open at once. The data is also highly integrated with look up information provided in drop down lists.
